Now, I'm ready!

I'm in Nutley, NJ,USA. I have arrived here in America 2 weeks ago with my two kids to study TESOL and experience the culture of America. I have had really hard times during the 2 weeks: I had to set up first, buy some funiture, get information about school for my children, find Korean grocery shop and prepare something to eat. It sounds not so difficult things but they were really tough days for me because I did all these things without a car. I have walked already more than 1 year's walking in Korea. Now I finished most of things I had to, and fianlly, I've got a kitchen table yesterday. I've never thought I could be so happy with the small things like a kitchen table. Last night, I had Ramyeon with my kids at the kitchen table and that made us really, really happy. Now, I'm ready to study, ready to enjoy American life with my two kids, and ready to be happy!!!

I know you are having a difficult time here. But I am very happy to hear that you are ready to study and enjoy now. I hope you and your children would enjoy more than you planned.

It's amazing how under certain circumstances the small things in life are so comforting, isn't it? Welcome to your new home.
